UTAS’ Associate Professor Natasha Cica has appeared on this week’s episode of ABC’s Q and A.
Broadcast live from Hobart, the episode covered a range of issues key to Tasmanians today.
These included MONA and its place in Tasmanian society, the ongoing forestry debate, pokies, and as always, a good dose of politics was discussed and dissected by the panel and audience.
Assoc Prof Cica is Director of the Inglis Clark Centre for Civil Society at UTAS which is responsible for the Denison Debates.
She is an active and respected participant in public discussion and comment.
The Inglis Clark Centre for Civil Society plays a leading strategic and practical role in UTAS’ thought leadership and community engagement initiatives. The Centre is located in the Division of the Provost, and is UTAS’ first dedicated centre for these activities.
The Q and A episode is available to view online on ABC’s iview.
The latest Denison Debate, Frank, Fearless or Forgotten: the Role of the Public Service Today, is available to view on the UTAS homepage.
