State architect working with UTAS
The newly appointed State Architect for Tasmania, Peter Poulet, has accepted an invitation to collaborate with the UTAS School of Architecture and Design.
Mr Poulet was appointed as Tasmania’s first State Architect this year to oversee the planning of the different developments across the state.
He is working on a master plan for the development of Hobart' waterfront, as well as having input into other areas of development.
UTAS Architecture and Design students will have an opportunity to work with Mr Poulet as part of the Summer Scholarship program, starting this summer.
Mr Poulet has also offered to be involved as a guest critic in future design studios at UTAS.
